Congratulations to the team at MexicoIT for winning the Outsourcing Marketing Excellence award at the Midsize Enterprise Summit this week in Dallas.

MexicoIT is the trade body dedicated to promoting and developing the hi-tech services industry in Mexico. It should be a no brainer for organisations in the USA to consider working in Mexico due to its close location, lower costs, highly skilled people, and great food. But I’m becoming more interested in the region now as a more general source of talent.

As India falters, is it now time for Mexico and other locations in Latin America to come out from under the shadow of the US and start talking to the rest of the world?
