World-renowned entrepreneur and founder of the Virgin Group, Richard Branson, is appearing this week as a speaker at INCmty, an annual entrepreneurship festival held in Monterrey, Mexico.

Last year, INCmty brought together thousands of key entrepreneurs, investors, and organizations of the entrepreneurship ecosystem as a way to promote innovative entrepreneurship.

In 2015, the festival saw 66 countries being represented, and resulted in 81 new companies being launched following 248 mentoring sessions.

Alongside Richard Branson are other notable entrepreneurs and figureheads appearing as speakers, such as Ricardo Weder, CEO of Cabify Latin America, Troy Malone, VP of International Operations for Weebly. and Jeremy Gutsche, CEO of TrendHunter.

Another interesting speaker is Jack Andraka, a young American inventor, scientist, and cancer researcher who invented a method of diagnosing cancer that is 26,000 times cheaper than standard methods.

Joining them also is Tim Draper, founder of Draper Fisher Juvetson, a venture capital firm with a global network of hedge funds that cover 30 cities around the world. The company has invested in Skype, Hotmail, Tesla, Baidu, Theranos, and Overture, among many others.

This year’s INCmty event is held on 17, 18, and 19 of November in the Pabellon M building and in Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. More details can be found by clicking here.
